Employment Contract
Malamulela has prepared an employment contract that protects both
employer and employee but does not contain many of the benefits
stipulated in the labour laws. MSMU members have indicated that
they would be very happy to enter into such a contract with employers.
Our request to government is that they should make our simplified
contract legal so that we can start using the contract to get
jobs for our members. This is the contract that was handed to
the State President’s office with our petition.
